("https://keeper.11c.co.kr/", hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and efficiently in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information processed is not used for purposes other than those specified below. 3. Marketing and Advertising
   • Providing promotional and advertising information, offering participation opportunities in events, and verifying service effectiveness.

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

1. The Company processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon at the time of collection or as required by relevant laws.
2. Personal information will be retained and used until the purpose of use is achieved.
   • Retention Basis: For settlement, payment, and tax documentation processing.
   • Relevant Law: Records on payments and supply of goods/services (5 years).
   • Exceptions:
     • If investigations or legal proceedings related to violations of relevant laws are ongoing, retention continues until the conclusion of such investigations.
     • If there are outstanding claims or debts, retention continues until settlement.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

1. The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.
